Submersible Pumps

The Tsurumi LB Series is a family of compact, high-performance submersible dewatering pumps designed for demanding construction, rental, industrial, and utility applications. Featuring a slimline design that fits into 8-inch pipes, the LB Series delivers dependable dewatering performance while remaining easy to transport, install, and maintain. Models include the LB-480, LB-480A, LB-800, LB-800A, and LB-1500, offering solutions from light-duty dewatering to higher-capacity construction pumping applications.

Built with Tsurumi's renowned durability, the LB Series incorporates advanced engineering features such as a top discharge, flow-through design, dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces, Oil Lifter lubrication system, and abrasion-resistant impellers and wear components. These features maximize reliability, extend seal life, and provide continuous cooling of the motor, allowing operation at low water levels and under demanding jobsite conditions.

Automatic models, including the LB-480A and LB-800A, feature integrated water level sensors that automatically start and stop the pump as water levels change. This reduces energy consumption, minimizes unnecessary pump cycling, and extends motor and bearing life without requiring external float switches or control panels.

Designed for contractors who need dependable performance day after day, the LB Series combines compact dimensions, rugged construction, and industry-proven reliability to deliver efficient dewatering for excavations, utility installations, foundations, manholes, vaults, and general construction site drainage.

Trash Pumps

The Tsurumi HS Series is a proven line of portable submersible trash pumps engineered for construction, rental, excavation, and general dewatering applications where water contains sand, silt, solids, and debris. Available in both manual and automatic configurations, the HS Series combines high solids-handling capability with rugged construction to provide reliable performance in demanding jobsite environments. Models include the HS, HSZ, and HSE variants, offering contractors flexibility for a wide range of pumping applications.

Designed specifically for abrasive and solids-laden water, HS Series pumps feature a built-in agitator that suspends sediment, helping prevent clogging while maintaining consistent pumping performance. Durable urethane semi-vortex impellers and wear plates resist abrasion and deliver long service life, even in challenging conditions where conventional dewatering pumps experience excessive wear.

Tsurumi's advanced seal and lubrication technologies help maximize reliability and reduce maintenance requirements. Dual silicon carbide mechanical seals, a V-Ring seal protection system, and the exclusive Oil Lifter lubrication system work together to extend seal life, protect against abrasive particles, and maintain dependable operation in demanding applications.

The HS Series includes several automatic options. HSZ models utilize integrated float switches, while the HSE2.4S incorporates Tsurumi's Automatic Water Level Sensor technology. These systems automatically start and stop the pump as water levels change, reducing power consumption, minimizing unnecessary wear, and allowing unattended operation on the jobsite.
